Box 1430 <br />Palisade, CO 81526 <br />RE: Roadside Portals Mine, Permit No. C-1981-041 <br />2017 Annual Hydrology Report <br />Dear Tonya, <br />The Division received the 2017 Annual Hydrology Report (AHR) on January 22, 2018. <br />Thank you for your timely submittal. The Division finds the 2017 AHR is in compliance <br />with the following Rules: <br />Rule 4.05.13(4)(a) — The data collected for the 2017 AHR is kept and maintained with <br />Tonya Hammond at the offices of J. E. Stover and Associates in Grand Junction, <br />Colorado. <br />Rule 4.05.13(4)(b) — The 2017 AHR is compiled from the analysis of hydrologic data <br />collected from the monitoring period of October 1, 2016 to September 30, 2017. <br />Rule 4.05.13(c)(i), (ii), (iii) — The 2017 AHR was submitted to the Division by the <br />determined date on which the permittee and the Division agreed to.
