Stover and Associates <br />2352 N 7th Street, Unit B <br />Grand Junction, CO 81501 <br />RE: Fruita Loadout, C-2010-088 <br />2018 Annual Hydrology Report Review <br />Dear Tamme, <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (the Division) has completed the review of the <br />2018 Annual Hydrology Report (AHR) for the Fruita Loadout. The report was received by the <br />Division on January 16, 2019, thank you for your timely submittal. The Division finds the 2018 <br />AHR to be in compliance with the following Rules: <br />Rule 4.05.13(1), (2), (3) and (4), the approved Permit Application Package and the Probable <br />Hydrologic Consequences (PHC). During the calendar year of 2018 no surface disturbance was <br />created at the Fruita Loadout. With the approval of TR -I (Technical Revision No. 1) on October <br />10, 2012, all water monitoring was suspended. The TR was approved due to the construction at <br />the loadout being delayed until the McClane Canyon Mine (MCM) obtains a sales contract or <br />another mine shows interest in using the loadout. There was no consumptive water use during <br />2018 and no discharge from the site occurred. <br />This concludes the Division's review of the 2018 Annual Hydrology Report for the Fruita <br />Loadout.
