b) Noise: The operations at the Ralston Quarry will be a continuation of the mining and <br /> processing that have taken place at the site for several decades. State noise restrictions <br /> will continue to be followed. <br /> c) Dust: Pit activities will be watered and all operations on the site are regulated by the Air <br /> Pollution Control Division of the CDPHE. <br /> d) The product from this mine will positively impact the local community by supplying <br /> construction materials for the foreseeable growth of this part of Jefferson County. <br /> e) Stormwater control structures will be maintained to protect the area surface water regime. <br /> f) The operator will work closely with the County,Natural Resource Conservation Service <br /> (MRCS), and the DRMS to ensure that the reclamation plan is the most appropriate for <br /> achieving the post-mining land use. <br /> 8. Recycled Concrete and Asphalt <br /> The pit may accept concrete and asphalt materials that have been removed from project locations <br /> in order that they can be recycled through the plants on site. <br /> 9. Import Fill <br /> Fill material may be accepted into the mine site.None of this material can be accepted by the <br /> Operator unless the attached form is filled out by the entity bringing the material to the site.
