The reports were
received on; November 12, 2018 (October report), December 4, 2018 (November report)
and January 8, 2019 (December 2018 report). The DMRs were submitted via email to
the Division. The reports cover the time period of; October I" through December 3111,
2018. The Division finds the reports to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2).
There are two outfalls associated with the CO -0027146 NPDES permit, Outfall 002 and Outfall
016. During the months of October November and December no flow was recorded out of
Outfall 002. No exceedances occurred at this location. Outfall 016 discharged during October,
November and December. The reports indicate that no exceedances occurred for the reported
parameters during the 4th quarter.
