TfON <br /> MWWANDSAFET' <br /> RE: M-1993-050 Dellacroce Pit <br /> Amendment to 112 Permit <br /> Dear Mr. Cazier, <br /> Please accept this application for an amendment on behalf of Pioneer Landscape <br /> Centers (Pioneer), operator of the Dellacroce Pit, north of Colorado Springs, CO in El <br /> Paso county. Mr. Jason Ulmer, Quarry Operations Manager, submits the enclosed <br /> amendment application as a response to the Division's site inspection on July 10, 2018 <br /> and subsequent inspection report dated November 20, 2018. <br /> As directed by the Division, Pioneer requests to amend the affected area <br /> boundary to align with the permit boundary approved in the 1998 Amendment. The <br /> proposed affected area will increase from 64.8 acres to 146 acres. No new phases will <br /> be added. The area of concern will be reclaimed.
