Agreement to Remove Toxic Waste Dump <br /> This Agreement is entered into between Venture Resources Inc., who's <br /> address is 2268 Two Brothers Road, Idaho Springs, CO. 80452 and Ross <br /> and Kathleen Beesing, who's address is 821 Muskrat Rd., Black Hawk, CO. <br /> 80422. <br /> Whereas: Ross and Kathleen Beesing are the owners of the Advalorum <br /> mining claim, number 12845 , located in Gilpin County, Colorado and; <br /> Whereas: there is a pile of toxic waste rock on the claim and; <br /> Whereas: Ross and Kathleen Beesing desire to have such waste material <br /> removed from the property and; <br /> Whereas: Venture Resources desires to remove such waste material from the <br /> above mentioned claim, therefore it is agreed as follows: <br /> Ross and Kathleen Beesing agrees to allow Venture Resources access to the <br /> property for the purpose of surveying,testing, removing the waste dump and <br /> reclaiming the site and: <br /> Venture Resources agrees to pay all of the costs related to the removal of <br /> this dump and do the following: <br /> I) Operate in a good and workmanlike manner. <br /> 2) Have the property surveyed <br /> 3) Apply for a mining permit from the Colorado Div. of Reclamation, <br /> Mining and Safety (DRMS). <br /> 4) Remove the toxic waste material. <br /> 5) Reclaim the site as required by the DRMS <br /> Venture Resources further agrees that Ross and Kathleen Beesing are <br /> absolved of any legal or financial responsibility for damages of any sort <br /> arising from the waste removal operation <br /> Agreed to by: <br /> o.n..
