EXHIBIT E <br /> a) Reclamation will consist of returning the area to its original pastureland for purposes of livestock <br /> grazing. All land that has been mined will be reclaimed. The topsoil will be replaced with <br /> scrapers and/or bulldozers, and a mix of native grasses will be drilled into the soil. A covering of <br /> hay will be applied to allow grass to germinate and root. <br /> b) The reclamation will continue in the same manner as what has already occurred in this pit. <br /> c) Overburden of soil will be replaced to area before reclamation begins.Area of mining will be <br /> graded to slopes of 3H:1V with a bulldozer(14 days). Topsoil will be utilized from the excavation <br /> of the area. The topsoil will have been stockpiled separately. Approximatley V-12" of topsoil <br /> replaced to mined area with a scraper(7 days). Area will be tilled with a chisel and/or disc(1 <br /> day). Only grass will be used for reclamation, as that was the original landscape before mining. <br /> A seed mixture of Blue Grama, Little Bluestem, Sideoats Grama and Western Wheatgrass will be <br /> drilled at approximately 9 pounds of seeding per acre. Applied with a seed drill (1 day). <br /> Spreading of 3 pounds manure per acrea for fertilization (1day). Spreading of hay to keep soil <br /> moisture to ensure germination of grasses will be applied (1 day). <br /> d) Reclamation will begin in the Additional Area once the area has been mined. Will begin <br /> reclaiming 4 acres of mined area 6 months after mined out. Approximately 10 years for entire <br /> pit area to be completely reclaimed. <br />
