TR 92 was found complete on
10/24/2018. The first adequacy letter was sent 11/21/2018. The responses were received 12/19/2018.
Please find below updates to adequacy review issues that will need to be addressed prior to the Division’s
approval of the revision.

The Division received a comment letter on November 9, 2018 from the Office of Archaeology and
Historic Preservation, which was forwarded to you via email on November 13, 2018. The letter notes that
while there are no surface facilities planned at present, there may be potential subsidence impacts.

The letter states that a search of the Colorado Cultural Resource Inventory Database indicates that 7
cultural resource inventories have been conducted in the vicinity of the proposed area to be added to the
existing permit, and 2 cultural resources which may be eligible for listing to the National Register of
Historic Places have been recorded therein. Files contain incomplete information for this area and for this
area and there is the possibility that as yet unidentified cultural resources exist within the proposed permit
area.

1. Please address the issues from the above stated comment letter with documentation to be placed
in the PAP.
Operator will gather additional archaeological data when weather allows. The decision date for
this revision was extended to 6/1/2019.

2. Please update page 2.01.4 with acreages submitted in the October 12th Application Form.
Updates have been made, this issue is resolved.

3. Pages 2.03-34 and 2.03-38 are dated 2/15/2018 from RN-7. Please verify that these are the
correct pages intended to be submitted and all updates have been made.
Operator verified that these pages were not intended to have changes. Issue is resolved.

January 9, 2019

Jerry Nettleton
Twenty Mile Coal Company
29515 Routt County Road #27
Oak Creek, CO 80467
