Box 1523 <br /> Longmont, Colorado 80502 <br /> Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board January 4, 2019 <br /> 1313 Sherman Street—Room 215 <br /> Denver, Colorado 80203 <br /> RE: Gold Hill Mill, Permit No. M-1994-117, Amendment Application <br /> Dear Board Members: <br /> At this time, pursuant to Rule 1.4.1(9) of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br /> Reclamation Board, the Colorado Milling Company,LLC is requesting an extension of the review <br /> time and decision date for its Application for an Amendment to the Gold Hill Mill Limited Impact <br /> 110 (2)Permit No. M-1994-117,to formally add the previously permitted Left Hand Creek Pump <br /> Station, Gold Hill Mill Pipeline, and the Times Mine adit portal to the affected land boundary of <br /> the Gold Hill Mill Permit. This will allow the Reclamation Specialists of Division of Reclamation, <br /> Mining and Safety and the Applicant more time to properly address several outstanding adequacy <br /> issues. <br /> The Colorado Milling Company, LLC's representatives and consultants will be addressing the <br /> remaining adequacy review questions as soon as possible after they are received and believes that <br /> they can all be properly addressed before the Mined Land Reclamation Board's next hearing. <br /> However, in order to deal with any unforeseen contingencies, the Colorado Milling Company, <br /> LLC is now requesting an additional ninety days to complete the remaining adequacy review issues <br /> that may arise during this process. <br /> Thank you for considering this request for an extension of the decision date for this Application <br /> for an Amendment to the Gold Hill Mill's Limited Impact Permit. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> ` YKCX� AV. &-tWL^ <br /> Mark A.
