The report was received on January 7, 2019. The Division has the following <br />comments: <br />The quarterly pond inspection is in compliance with Rule 4.05.9(17). The inspection was <br />conducted on November 15, 2018. The inspection did not identify any potential hazards <br />or maintenance requirements during the 4th quarter of 2018. <br />This concludes the Division's review of the 4`h Quarter 2018 Pond inspection Report for <br />the McClave Canyon Mine.
