(Olson) conducted a geophysical investigation on behalf of Rudolf Fontanari,
of Western Slope Flagstone (Fontanari), at the property referred to as Fomanari Track 70. The site is
located about 0.5 miles west-southwest of Cameo, CO, on private property owend by Western Slope
Flagstone (Figure 1). The objective of the investigation was to detect and map any geophysical
anomaly or anomalies associated with an area of concern defined by a lineament of surface subsidence
features and sinkholes potentially related to subterranean mine collapse. Olson used a Frequency -
Domain Electromagnetic (FDEM) survey to achieve the project objective.
The FDEM investigation was performed based on the scope of work outlined in Olson Proposal No.
P2018392.2. Field work was conducted December 14th, lead by Olson Geophysicist Roy Bowling.
The following report presents the results from the investigation and summarizes the conditions,
geophysical methods, data acquisition parameters, processing procedures, and interpretation. For
more information regarding the intricacies of the FDEM method used for this project, Olson can
submit a method addendum to this report upon request.
law rr.0IsanEall Ineerin9.com
Rockville MD • Haymarket VA a Wheat Ridge CO
