There is a single family <br /> residence, a storage shed, a small barn, and an unused corral located on the Eureka Millsite MS <br /> No. 601B, 4801 Lickskillet Road, Gold Hill, Colorado 80302. The owners of the Eureka Millsite <br /> are Gene L. Sapp and Dene F. Sapp. There are also power poles and power lines within 200 feet <br /> of the affected area that are owned by Excel Energy, 2655 63`d Street, Boulder, Colorado 80301. <br /> In addition, Left Hand Canyon Drive, County Road No. 106, and Lickskillet Road, County Road <br /> No. 106 are located within 200 feet of the affected area in this location. Sunshine Canyon Drive, <br /> County Road No. 52 is also within 200 feet of the affected area. These are owned by Boulder <br /> County and maintained and administered by the Boulder County Transportation Department,2525 <br /> 13th Street, Boulder, Colorado, 80304. <br />
