The <br /> revised exhibit states there are 7 permanent man-made structures located within 200 feet of the <br /> operation or affected land, as well as an Excel Energy Corporation pole-mounted utility line <br /> extending east-west along the northern boundary of the pump station area. The exhibit also states <br /> all structures are shown on the E-1 Mine Plan Map. Firstly, the revised list does not include <br /> Sunshine Canyon Drive, Lickskillet Road, or Lefthand Canyon Drive,which are all permanent, <br /> man-made structures located within 200 feet of the affected area. Please add these structures to <br /> the list. Secondly, the Division could not locate the pole-mounted utility line on the E-1 Mine <br /> Plan Map. Please be sure this structure is located on the mining plan map. <br /> CMC Response: Exhibit L — Permanent Man-Made Structures has been revised to include the <br /> Power Line and Power Poles owned by Excel Energy in this location and they are now depicted <br /> on Map E— 1 Mine Plan Map. <br /> 14 <br />
