Once spoil has been placed and graded, it will be ripped to at least 24 inches below grade before the <br />Mixed Topsoil placement. Map 2.05.4-9 shows these areas with the calculated acreage and <br />replacement thicknesses. <br />The calculations for the replacement of the areas are shown below: <br />• Zone 5 (109.51 acres) - Topsoil: 15 to 24 inches (21 inch avg.) of Mixed Topsoil over at least 30 <br />inches of Bench 1 Surface Spoil. <br />• Zone 6 (23.61 acres) - Topsoil: 12 to 20 inches (13 inch avg.) of Mixed Topsoil over at least 24 <br />inches of Bench 1 Surface Spoil. <br />• Zone 7 (83.80 acres) - Topsoil: Minimum 12 inches of Mixed Topsoil over at least 24 inches of <br />Bench 1 Surface Spoil. <br />• Zone 8 (2.83 acres) - Topsoil: Minimum 30 inches of Prime Farmland Topsoil over at least 24 <br />inches of Bench 1. <br />The Mt. Nucla Bench 2 overburden stockpile has been placed in the ERMR-Johnson area. In this area <br />the Bench 2 will be graded, Bench 1 placed and graded to the approved topography, Bench 1 will be <br />ripped and rock picked, topsoil will be placed and then the topsoil will be ripped and rock picked. <br />July 2018 (TR -84) 2.05.4(2)(d)-18 <br />
