However, the applicant still anticipates providing evidence of agreements for <br /> compensation with the appropriate structure owners or an engineering evaluation (see attached <br /> slope stability report excerpts) that adequately demonstrates that the proposed mining and <br /> reclamation operations will not result in damage to the structures. <br /> There are no oil/gas wells or processing equipment located on the site or within 200 feet of the <br /> mining limits.
