The overall time <br /> required to complete the mining and reclamation is estimated to be 15 to 30 years. Initial <br /> production is expected to be 500,000 tons per year with a possible maximum future production <br /> rate of 1,500,000 tons per year. However, it is possible that due to demand fluctuations, mining <br /> could progress slower than anticipated and additional time may be required for mining and <br /> reclamation of the site. <br /> The mining and reclamation of Phases 1-4 is complete.
