<br /> 3,thence South 1,995 feet;thence East 8 feet to the true point of beginning;thence South 540 East 125
<br /> feet to a point;thence South 217 feet to a point;thence North 82'West 102 feet to a point;thence North
<br /> 276.3 feet to the true point of beginning.
<br /> The well located is'described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at the Northwest corner of the SW%,of Section 3;thence South 2,067 feet;thence East 51 feet
<br /> to the well location,for the purpose of drilling,erecting,constructing,maintaining,repairing,pumping,
<br /> producing,and using a water well for the production of domestic and other water,giving and granting to
<br /> Granada Water Association by instrument recorded May 27, 1969 in Book 489 page 74.
<br /> 42.Right of way and a perpetual easement to construct, install,operate,inspect,repair,maintain,replace and
<br /> remove water distribution and transmission pipe lines and mains and similar facilities and related
<br /> accessories,together with the right to excavate and fill ditches and/or trenches for the located on said
<br /> pipelines and mains over and across a strip of land 20 feet wide located in the S %:of Section 10 and NW
<br /> NE'/,and NE '/a N W '/,of Section 15-23-44,together with ingress and egress,as granted to Granada
<br /> Water Association in instrument recorded November 17, 1962 in Book 439 page 203 at Reception No.
<br /> 337123.
<br /> 43. Right of way and a perpetual easement to construct,install,operate,inspect,repair,maintain,replace and
<br /> remove water distribution and transmission pipe lines and mains and similar facilities and related
<br /> accessories,together with the right to excavate and fill ditches and/or trenches for the located on said
<br /> pipelines and mains over and across a strip of land 20 feet wide located in NE 'A of Section 2-23-44,
<br /> together with the right of ingress and egress as granted to Granada Water Association filed November 17,
<br /> 1962 at Book 439 at page 202 at Reception No.337122.
<br /> 44. Right of way and a perpetual easement to construct,install,operate, inspect,repair,maintain,replace and
<br /> remove water distribution and transmission pipe lines and mains and similar facilities and related
<br /> accessories,together with the right to excavate and fill ditches and/or trenches for the located on said
<br /> pipelines and mains over and across a strip of land 20 feet wide located in NW%,of Section 1-23-44,
<br /> together with the right of ingress and egress as granted to Granada Water Association recorded November
