The Report lists the 25 <br />subsidence -related surface sites marked by T -Posts identified during the November 28, 2018 <br />inspection. DRMS has directed Snowcap Coal Company to repair these sites as a condition to <br />proceeding further on Snowcap's Bond Release Application No. SL -11. The purpose of these <br />comments is two -fold: first, to clarify the statutory provisions requiring those repairs; and <br />second, to request that, in addition to these repairs, DRMS consider a more holistic and global <br />approach to resolving what is clearly a subsidence problem on Fontanari's land. <br />
