A public notice for the proposed decision was <br />published in the Craig Daily Press on October 17, 2018 and October 24, 2018. The public notice <br />initiated a thirty-day public comment period from the final publication that parties having objections or <br />concerns could submit their concerns to the Division regarding the proposed bond release. No comments <br />were received by the Division during the public comment period. Day 30 fell on Monday, November 23, <br />2018. <br /> <br />The Division approves the release of $9,936.67. Based on this Final Decision, the current liability <br />amount for the remaining activities is $17,791.75. The Division currently holds a Corporate Surety No. <br /> in the amount of $$27,728.42.
