Canbar) 5%2.0 Ibs <br /> Trifolium fragiferum (strawberry clover) 2% .8 Ibs <br /> (iv) The application method for grass seeding will be broadcast @ 40 lbs live seed per acre. The <br /> application rate has been adjusted for broadcast seeding. IF the seedbed has not been adequately <br /> roughened prior to seeding, the seed will be raked or harrowed after broadcast application. <br /> (v) Mulch will not be used. Only existing vegetation salvaged along with the topsoil will be used. <br /> (vi)No new trees or shrubs will be established. However, our cost estimates are based on <br /> the more conservative estimate of 2 acres.As such, we commit to disturbing no more than 1.39 total <br /> acres, and we commit to disturbing no more than .60 acres at any one time. We also commit to not <br /> opening more than 2 pits at any one time. <br /> We also commit to contacting the DRMS prior to advancing our operation beyond 1.39 acres. We will <br /> request a release or request a financial warranty reduction on at least the equivalent size of reclaimed <br /> land OR post the Division's calculated additional financial warranty for the proposed advancement. <br />
