(the "Act"), as <br /> amended,provides that no permit maybe issued under the Act until the Mined Land Reclamation Board(the <br /> "Board")receives a Financial Warranty(or Warranties)as described in the Act. <br /> WHEREAS, Parkerson Construction, Inc.
