Since <br /> October 2016, when you last spoke with the Tres Rios Field Office minerals staff,the BLM has <br /> not received any new proposals nor any notifications to resume or expand mining. <br /> As for the 2007 Plan, the remanded EA remains incomplete. The BLM Tres Rios Field Office <br /> has made progress meeting the remand conditions, but has not yet received the data required <br /> from the operator to perform the analysis.
