Permit Renewal Application No. 1 (RN-1 )
Fruita Loadout (Permit No. C-2010-088)

The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety is proposing to approve a renewal
application for coal mining and reclamation permit. The application was submitted by CAM-
Colorado, LLC on July 28, 2016 for the Fruita Loadout. In accordance with Rule 2.08.5(3)(b) of
the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, we
are providing notice of this proposed decision.

Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by the proposed decision may request
a formal hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board within 30 days of the first publication
of the public notice by the Division in the The Daily Sentinel.

The loadout mine is located approximately 3 miles Northwest of Fruita. The permit area is further
described as follows:

Township 1 North, Range 3 West
Section 2: Portions of the SW/4, W/2SW/4SE/4
Section 3: Portions of the SE/4
Section 10: Portions of the N/2NE/4
Section 11: Portions of the N/2NW/4, W/2NW/4NE/4
