NORTHWEST COLORADO CONSULTANTS, INC. <br />FIELD REPORT <br />Project: Wilson Storage Project No.: 17-10754 Date: 5/31117 <br />Pond Liner Time: 12 0 <br />Location: Moffat County CO Report No.: 5 Liner Mileage: 140 <br />Client: Wollam Construction Engr. /Tech: RE <br />Work Performed: <br />As requested, we visited the project site on today's date to conduct compaction testing and construction <br />observation on the material being placed for the Wilson Storage Pond clay liner The SGM survey crew preformed <br />a grade check on the clay liner, which determined that additional clay fill was needed throughout the pond The <br />Precision Excavating crew spent the day placing moisture conditioning and compacting the on-site clay liner <br />materials <br />We inspected the clay material borrow site several times through the day to insure the materials remained <br />consistent with the required clay material <br />Remarks: <br />Based upon our observations it appeared that the construction of the clay liner was completed in general <br />conformance with the project plans and specs. <br />Due to the thin lift of material placed and unfinished processing and compaction no density testing took place at <br />this time <br />Verbal Discussions: <br />Tommy Sirk of Precision Excavating and Patrick Wieck of Colowyo were aware of today's visit <br />
