Rech: RE <br />Work Performed: <br />As requested we visited the project site on today's date and conducted compaction test No's 5 through 8 on the <br />material being placed for the Wilson Storage Pond clay liner <br />The excavation contractor Precision Excavating placed, moisture conditioned and compacted on-site clay liner <br />materials. We obtained a sample of the clay liner material and returned it to our laboratory for checkpoint Proctor <br />testing The one point Proctor was a match to the previous Proctor No 9 <br />We inspected the clay material borrow site several times through the day to insure the materials remained <br />consistent with the required clay material <br />Remarks: <br />The material tested generally met the project specifications for compaction and moisture content <br />Please refer to the attached sheet for results of today's testing <br />Verbal Discussions: <br />Tommy Sirk of Precision Excavating and Patrick Wieck of Colowyo were aware of today's test results <br />
