NORTHWEST COLORADO CONSULTANTS, INC. <br />FIELD REPORT <br />Project: Wilson Storage Project No.: 17-10754 Date: 5/22/17 <br />Pond Liner Time: 3 0 <br />Location: Moffat County, CO Report No.: 1 Liner Mileage: - <br />Client: Wollam Construction Engr. Rech: RE <br />Work Performed: <br />As requested, we visited the project site on today's date to conduct a borrow investigation for clay materials to be <br />used for the Wilson Storage Pond liner. Twelve test pits were excavated between Station 163+50 and 173+50 <br />Eighteen small disturbed test samples were taken along with one large disturbed Proctor sample The samples <br />were returned to our laboratory for classification and standard Proctor testing The Proctor will be designated as <br />Proctor No. 9P for the Haul Road project. <br />Remarks: <br />Based upon our observations and testing it appeared that the majority of the materials encountered should be <br />suitable for clay liner fill, with the exception of the silty sands <br />Please refer to the attached Table 1 for the laboratory test results <br />Verbal Discussions: <br />Stormy Watne of Wollam Construction and Patrick Wieck were aware of today's test results <br />
