Alameda Parkway, Ste. 3600 RO Aurora, Colorado 80012 303.739.7370 October 5, 2018 Tim Szczepanski, Controller Ready Mixed Concrete Company Denver, CO 80216 Re: Extension of Agreement for Delivery of Reusable Raw Water Dear Mr. Szczepanski: This letter provides the City of Aurora's consent to extend the Agreement for Delivery of Reusable Raw Water between the City of Aurora and Ready Mixed Concrete Company, dated April 30, 2016 ("Agreement"), for an additional one- year term (January 1,2019 through December 31, 2019) for delivery of water pursuant to the Delivery Schedule attached to this letter. This consent is in response to the September 25, 2018 email from Jennifer Lindahl, engineer with Bishop - Brogden Associates, Inc. representing Ready Mixed Concrete Company, requesting said extension pursuant to the attached Delivery Schedule that is to modify and replace the original Delivery Schedule. Extension of the Agreement for additional one-year terms is permitted under Paragraph I of the Agreement. Further, the Delivery Schedule for water under the Agreement may be modified and replaced pursuant to Paragraph 2 of the Agreement. The modified Delivery Schedule attached to this letter will replace the Delivery Schedule attached as Exhibit A to the Agreement for the additional one-year term. The Effective Date of the additional one-year term is January 1, 2019. All other terms of the Agreement will remain unchanged, and in full force and effect, for the additional one-year term.
