PART 0 A. DEFINITION OF EFFLUENT LIMITATIONS 1. Effluent Limitations PART Permit No. CO -0029599 Page No. 3 Beginning no later than the effective date of this permit and lasting through June 31, 2006, the permittee is authorized to discharge from outfalls 001 and 005. In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 62.4, and the Colorado Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 61.8(2), 5 C.C.R. 1002-61, the permitted discharge shall not contain effluent parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specified flow limitations. a.
