PART <br />0 A. DEFINITION OF EFFLUENT LIMITATIONS <br />1. Effluent Limitations <br />PART <br />Permit No. CO -0029599 <br />Page No. 3 <br />Beginning no later than the effective date of this permit and lasting through June 31, 2006, the permittee is authorized <br />to discharge from outfalls 001 and 005. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 62.4, and the <br />Colorado Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 61.8(2), 5 C.C.R. 1002-61, the permitted discharge shall not <br />contain effluent parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the <br />specified flow limitations. <br />a.
