It is our opinion that this site does not require a discharge permit at this time. Your permit
has been given an inactive status effective on March 14, 2005. Should you begin operations in the future,
and need to discharge process water or storrtwater, you will have to obtain new permit coverage for those
discharges.
From this process a refund or additional fee may result and if so, you should receive notification
within the next 30 days. Should you have questions on the fee, please call (303) 692-3529, or should
there be other questions on this action, please contact Loretta Houk at (303) 692-3531.
Sincerely,
Janet Kieler
Permits Unit Manager
Water Quality Protection Section
WATER QUALITY CONTROL DIVISION
xc: Permit Section, EPA, Gregory Davis, Colorado Permits Contact
Pitkin County Local Health Department
• Mark Kadnuck, D.E., Technical Services Unit, WQCD
Leslie Simpson, Compliance Monitoring & Data Management, WQCD
Permit File
Fee File
JKfIh
final -de -let
512-31OG
