COUNTY OF MONTROSE Legal Publication Notice of Proposed Decision The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety proposes to approve Technical Revision Application No 18� (M-18) for the New Horizon North Mine (Permit No. C-2010-089), submitted by Elk Ridge Mining and Reclamation, LLC. ERMR is proposing to reduce the permit boundary by 94.1 acres on areas that have not been disturbed by mining activities. The New Horizon North Mine is elan surface coal mine located in Montrose County, approximately 25 miles NW of Nucla Coal interest is private, and the surface affected is private land.
