4. Silt fences or other erosion controls will be utilized to prevent off-site sediment <br /> transport on slopes greater than 5:1, H:V. <br /> 5. Reclamation will be monitored by the operator, USFS personnel, and State of Colorado <br /> (DRMS) inspectors on an as needed basis. <br /> 6. The road and site will be seeded with USFS-approved seed mixtures, as needed. Re- <br /> vegetation will not be complete until at least 70 percent plant re-growth has been <br /> established; when compared to adjacent undisturbed areas. <br /> 7. Remove all trash off of Forest Service Lands subject to the Plan of Operations. <br /> 8. Remove all structures (fences, signs)from Forest Service Lands subject to the Plan of <br /> Operations with the exception of pre-existing structures. <br /> 9. Complete all reclamation within one year of the end of the operating plan (POO ends 31 <br /> October 2021; reclamation to be completed by 31 October 2022). <br /> 10. The Forest Service will monitor and assess the progress of reclamation activities, <br /> including re-vegetation and erosion control,for a minimum of three years. Dependent <br /> on the success of the reclamation, additional seeding, weed treatment, or installation of <br /> erosion control structures may occur. <br /> 11. Approximate additional reclamation (seeding only) required for the pre-existing (pre- <br /> 1981) unnumbered access road: 2,200 linear feet X 10-foot width = 22,000 square feet <br /> or 0.5051 acres. <br /> 12.
