Groundwater monitoring
locations Poverty Gulch well(PGMW-2),Arequa Gulch Well(CRMW-3A-35), Squaw Gulch(SGMW-5,
SGMW-6A, SGMW-7A and SGMW-7 B), and Vindicator Valley (VIN-2A) were reported dry. Per discussion with DRMS on November 6, 2018
CC&V has included aluminum and nitrite (nitrate + nitrite) within these quarterly results, and will be
addressing surface water quality standards in a future technical revision.
As reported August 22, 2018, CC&V collected third quarter compliance groundwater and surface water
monitoring water quality samples for analysis on July 30th, 31", and August 1st. CC&V received the lab
report for these analyses on August 17, 2018, and upon review, some locations exceeded established
numeric protection limits. Table 1 below lists the analyte exceedances for each location.
