C-1981-014 from an average <br />Of 12 inspections per year to two complete <br />inspections per year. The Southfield Mine <br />was permitted by Energy Fuels Coal, Inc. <br />The Southfield Mine is a revoked and forfeit- <br />ed coal mine located in Fremont County con- <br />sistinq of 1.45 acres.
