10. The disturbed areas near the county road that are located within the area of the ephemeral <br /> creek will be reclaimed within two years of approval of this amendment. Regrading will <br /> be conducted in the first part of the spring in 2019, followed by reseeding with a <br /> temporary seed mix. Permanent seed mix will be applied in the fall prior to snow. This <br /> area should be successfully reclaimed prior to the end of 2021. <br /> 11. Once residential development details are known by the applicant, a technical revision to <br /> the Division will be submitted prior to any construction. <br /> 12. The floating bond will cover 26 acres. <br /> 13. See response to item 8. <br /> 14. The scale and scale house will be demolished and hauled offsite. This is roughly 1 100 sq. <br /> ft. of structure, all of which has at least a 12-inch thick concrete foundation. The scale <br /> house is a 160 sq. ft. timber structure.None of this material will be stored onsite. <br /> Exhibit F—Reclamation Plan Map (Rule 6.4.6) <br /> 15. The applicant will acquire any and all necessary permits from the Colorado Division of <br /> Water Resources and the US Army Corps of Engineers prior to reclaiming within the <br /> creek area near the county road. Technical revisions will be submitted to the Division of <br /> Reclamation, Mining, and Safety as needed to incorporate requirements of other agency's <br /> permits into the reclamation permit. No activity will take place in the creek disturbance <br /> area until appropriate permits from other agencies are acquired. <br /> Ground water and surface water that passes through this area will not be stored or trapped <br /> for longer than 72 hours. Any water containment systems will be only in the short term <br /> and for the purpose of protecting the hydrologic balance and preventing sediment <br /> discharge. <br /> 17.
