On October 30, 2018, the Division received responses and documents from Greg <br />Lewicki and Associates, regarding the Adequacy Review. <br />1. A letter from Delta County granting permission to use glass in Road Base on any road in Delta <br />County. Response is Not Adequate <br />2. Will the road base be for Chip Seal, Asphalt orjust gravel Road Base? Please clarify the application <br />in detail of the material. Response is Adequate <br />3. Will the breakdown of glass fragments create unnecessary dust that could be detrimental to human <br />health and safety? Response is Adequate <br />If you cannot address issue number 1 by November 30, 2018 please request an extension to the decision <br />due date to ensure adequate time for the Division to review materials.
