Please return the signed, notarized,executed agreement to me as soon as possible. The Structure <br /> Agreement applies to USFS Road 201, approximately 500 feet of which lie within 200 feet of some of our <br /> planned excavation under our proposed MPO/Reclamation Permit. <br /> Of course,the area will need to be examined prior to any of our work under the MPO and its condition <br /> monitored during the course of our work over the next 5 years to determine if any of our work leads to <br /> damage or degradation of the structure. . .
