Mine planning has established appropriate setbacks from mining <br /> excavations to protect the integrity of adjacent structures, including those owned by URBAN DRAINAGE <br /> AND FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT and Aggregate Industries does not anticipate any structure damages. <br /> However, DRMS requires that Aggregate Industries offer a Structure Agreement for your consideration. <br /> A typical agreement is attached. <br /> If you are interested in the structure agreement, please contact me for further details.
