Jerry,
I wanted to touch base with you on where we are in the review process for TR84. I am working through all the previous
adequacy issue and am finding that many have not yet been addressed or it is not obvious to me how they were
addressed.
As this revision is ongoing from 2016, 1 am compiling the previous two adequacy letters with new issues into a third
adequacy letter. I am making note in the letter which of the previous issues no longer apply, those that have been
address, and those that still need a response.
The second adequacy letter pertained entirely to the comments letter we received from Colorado Parks and Wildlife. The
letter was included in your September 2018 submission, but I do not see any additional discussion or change in design to
address the concerns.
The Division also spoke with the Division of water resources and it seems that the water augmentation plan is in need of
review and modification. We are currently waiting on the comments from them.
As the items brought to our attention from other agencies generally take additional time to be reviewed. It may be
beneficial to start addressing those as we continue to work through these items.
Please extend this revision to allow time for the review and for comments to be submitted. The decision date for TR84 is
this Wednesday 11/21. In your request please allow adequate time for your responses and response review.
