Dear Mr. Ebert, Following are Venture Resources Responses to the finding of the application being incomplete. We responded to all your items and have included replacement pages and a new Attachment (Attachment VI) which includes revised documents and/or pages. The purpose of the new Attachment is to hold revisions to the application which cannot be done using the existing application pages. This occurs when the revision or addition would modify the pagination of the exiting document. We will place a notation on the page to be revised that the reader should refer to Attachment VI for the modification to the page(s). This approach will keep the original application intact and prevent using smaller font in order to crowd the new narrative onto the existing page or making revised page(s), page 2-1 for example. We have also included a copy of the instructions to the County Clerk on how to handle the application revision. The inclusion of Attachment VI makes the County Clerk's application updating task simpler and easier. As stated below,we sent the Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife(CDPW) a request for a wildlife statement(proof of mailing attached) and have not yet received a reply. We request that the lack of the wildlife statement not prevent the DRMS from finding the application complete. If necessary, we will request a decision date on the application be extend if the wildlife statement is not timely received. However, in the event the CDPW does not supply a wildlife statement, we request the DRMS does not unnecessarily delay what we hope will be a decision to approve the application, once all the DRMS adequacy issues are addressed.
