The bond was submitted to cover reclamatior <br />costs of exploration drill holes in Moffat County. An <br />Inspection showed that the requested pads have <br />been adequately abandoned, backfilled, graded, <br />and marked. The vegetation of the pads does not <br />yet meet adequacy and the Division will hold a por- <br />tion of the bond to ensure final reclamation of the <br />four pads within the proposed bond release identi- <br />fied in more detail in the Division's bond release in- <br />spection report dated September 20, 2018. The Divi <br />sion currently holds a surety in the amount of <br />$27,728.42.
