Tri-State is the parent company of ERMR. The New Horizon Mine operates under the <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) Permit No. C-1981-008. <br />MR -110 addresses movement of topsoil to the ERMR, Melvin Staats, and GW46 Trust <br />properties to facilitate reclamation of the C-18 Ditch at the request of the property owner(s). <br />These reclamation areas have all previously received Phase III bond release. <br />Also enclosed please find a revision application and a change of index sheet to ease <br />incorporation of these materials in to the permit.
