<br /> Dear Lo Dais Ka Ranch LLC,
<br /> Aggregate Industries-WCR, Inc.; 1687 Cole Blvd., Suite 300,Golden, CO 80401, 303-985-1070,
<br /> has filed an application for an Amendment(AM-06)to the existing Regular(112)Construction
<br /> Materials Operation Reclamation Permit No. M-1973-021 with the Colorado Mined Lined
<br /> Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of
<br /> Constructions Materials. The mine is known as the Morrison Quarry,and is located at or near
<br /> Sections 10 and 11,Township 5 South, Range 70 West of the 6th Principal Meridian,Jefferson
<br /> County,Colorado.
<br /> There is currently an ongoing mining operation under the existing permit and the proposed
<br /> completion date for reclamation is December 31, 2044. The approved future use of the land is
<br /> developed water resource.Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained from
<br /> the Colorado Division of Reclamation,Mining and Safety, 1313 Shennan Street,Room 215,
<br /> Denver, Colorado 80203, 303-866-3567, or at the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder office, 100
<br /> Jefferson County Parkway, Golden, CO 80419, or to the above named applicant.
<br /> Comments must be in writing and must be received by the Division of Reclamation, Mining and
<br /> Safety by 4:00pm on December 14, 2018.
<br /> Please note that under the provisions of C.R.S. 34-32.5-101 et seq. comments related to noise,
<br /> truck traffic, hours of operation, visual impacts, effects on property values and other social or
<br /> economic concerns are issues not subject to this Office's jurisdiction. These subjects, and similar
<br /> ones, are typically addressed by your local governments, rather than the Division of Reclamation,
<br /> Mining, and Safety or the Mined Land Reclamation Board.
