Hickenlooper, Governor | Mike King, Executive Director | Virginia Brannon, Director 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215 Denver, CO 80203 RE: Annual Reclamation Report 2017 Williams Fork Mines, Permit No. C1981-044 Dear Mr. Nettleton, The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has completed its review of the above referenced report. Please see the Division’s findings below regarding the report’s compliance with the following Rules.  Rule 2.04.13(1) – The 2017 ARR is dated 29 January 2018 and the Division received the hard copy of the report 2 February 2018. o (a) – The name and address of the permittee is on the report form. o (b) – For the reporting year, no lands were disturbed. o (c) – For the reporting year, no lands were reported to have been backfilled or graded. o (d) – For the reporting year, no topsoil was replaced on affected lands. o (e) – No lands were reported to have been planted or augmented seeded during the reporting year. Given this, seed tags, invoices or other comparable documentation was not included with the report. The Reclamation and Building Demolition map was submitted with the report. The site agricultural lease conducted weed control activities on approximately 35 acres as listed on the report. Treated areas are also depicted on the map included with the report. o (f) – The above referenced map depicts the areas that have been reclaimed to date. o The date of planting for all previously revegetated areas is not reported as is required by the Rule. For the next reporting year, please include the date of planting for all previously revegetated areas.
