Notice of Enforcement Hearing for Forfeiture of Financial Warranty
Dear Financial Warrantor:
On September 26, 2018, the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (Board) determined the
financial warranty held for the Adamson Bros. Mine, DRMS Permit M-1999-047 is subject to
forfeiture in accordance with C.R.S. 34-32.5-118(1)(b) (see enclosed Board Order). Pursuant to
C.R.S. 34-32.5-118(1)(2), the Board is required to notify the operator and all financial warrantors
that a financial warranty is subject to forfeiture. The pertinent information for the financial
warranty is:

An Enforcement Hearing will be held for consideration of forfeiture of the financial warranty for
DRMS Permit M-1999-047. The hearing will occur during the December 12-13, 2018 Board
meeting. The hearing will be held in Room 318 of 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203,
beginning at 9:00 a.m. on December 12th or as soon thereafter as the matter can be considered.
Pursuant to C.R.S. 34-32.5-118(2), when the Board determines a financial warranty is subject to
forfeiture,the Board shall afford the operator and all financial warrantors the right to appear before
the Board.
The Board's agenda may not be finalized until the week of the Board meeting. Therefore, we
