EXHIBIT D -Reclamation Plan <br /> Rule 6.3.4 (Starts on Page 139 of the Rules) <br /> The purpose of the Reclamation Plan is to describe the timing, procedures, criteria and materials that will be <br /> used to reclaim the affected land to the proposed post-mining land use. Reclamation is required for all affected <br /> lands.
