HPR has previously relayed our concerns to Weld County <br /> Public Works via in-person meetings and correspondence but desires that these concerns be <br /> formalized as part of the DRMS permit-approval process. <br /> As shown on the enclosed map, HPR has one existing well pad (Fox Creek 1-35H) and one <br /> planned well pad (Fox Creek 35 NW) and associated infrastructure in the NW/4 of Section 35. <br /> The SUA with Peters 313 Ranch that authorizes the oil and gas development was executed <br /> on June 26, 2015, therefore, this SUA and the preceding mineral lease (executed December <br /> 1, 2010) predate the amended lease between Weld County and Peters 313 Ranch.
