Pursuant to C.R.S. 34- <br /> 32.5-118(1)(2), the Board is required to notify the operator and all financial warrantors that a <br /> financial warranty is subject to forfeiture. The pertinent information for the financial warranty is: <br /> Financial Warrantor: A. Blasi & Son Trucking and Earthmoving, LLC <br /> Bond Type: Cash/Wire Transfer <br /> Bond No.: <br /> Amount: $7,756.00 <br /> Date of Submittal: June 24, 2015 <br /> Expiration Date: NA <br /> An Enforcement Hearing will be held for consideration of forfeiture of the financial warranty for <br /> DRMS Permit M-2002-109. The hearing will occur during the December 12-13, 2018 Board <br /> meeting. The hearing will be held in Room 318 of 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203, <br /> beginning at 9:00 a.m. on December 12th or as soon thereafter as the matter can be considered. <br /> Pursuant to C.R.S. 34-32.5-118(2), when the Board determines a financial warranty is subject to <br /> forfeiture,the Board shall afford the operator and all financial warrantors the right to appear before <br /> the Board. <br /> The Board's agenda may not be finalized until the week of the Board meeting.
