Exhibit E—Mining Plan Map (Rule 6.3.5): <br /> 7) During the Division 's pre-operation inspection conducted on October 23, 2018 <br /> (inspection report to be mailed separately), the Division observed the presence of a <br /> barbed wire fence that was not shown on the maps submitted. This fence runs along <br /> the south edge of the NW-SE-oriented drainage that separates the two proposed <br /> mining areas, and has a gated entrance near the western edge of the site. <br /> Pursuant to Rule 6.3.5(2)(e),please revise the mining plan map to show the location <br /> of this significant, valuable, and permanent man-made structure. <br /> If this fence is owned by the landowner.for which a structure agreement was already <br /> submitted for property fencing, an additional structure agreement will not be <br /> required <br /> Response: <br /> This fence is owned by Diehl Land Enterprises for whom a Structure Agreement has been <br /> included in the pen-nit application. The Mining and Reclamation Maps have been updated <br /> to include this fence.
