Phase 2 is proposed for the <br /> area west of the existing gravel pit. Phase 3 is to be located east and south of the existing <br /> processing facility. The proposed extraction boundary for Phase 3 is to be approximately <br /> 100' from the property boundary(Highway 24 Right-of-Way). The depth of the <br /> extraction will be approximately 15' below the existing grade. The Century Link <br /> infrastructure is in a utility easement along the Highway 24 Right-of-Way bordering <br /> Phase 3.
