("Teton") hereby requests a Technical Revision to DRMS permit number
M2015-028 regarding the Dixie Mine.
1) General Compliance With Mine Plan
"Problem: The current Mining and Reclamation plans need to be updated and
clarified pursuant to C.R,S. 34-32-1'1'0(2)(a)(VII). The operator must provide
sufficient information to describe or identify how the operator intends to conduct
the operation"
Teton believes that the operational plans submitted with the Permit Application
for this site were and are representative of the operator's original intent to mine
the property from the surface. For clarity, we provide the attached resubmittal of
the of Section 6.3.3 Exhibit C through Section 6.3.5 Exhibit E (text only) which
include changes or clarification identified by red In cased in green text. The
significant revision we are requesting is for the approval of on-site mineral
processing, as described in the original permit application. We are prepared to
provide an increase in financial warranty, if necessary.
Materials and equipment stored at the M&M tunnel adit (outside of the permitted
area) is either for non-mining use, storage, sale or other future use to be
permitted under separate application. No mining activity shall be conducted at
outside of the approved permit boundary.
Mr. Michael Cunningham 10/31/2018
Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety Page 1 of 2
M2015-028: Possible Violations, Technical Revision-01
